Sorata

We begin riding at a high pass (5000 meters) and then descend 42 km down single track to the small town of Sorata, the adventure capital of Bolivia. Depending on the experience and skill level of the group we will choose which of the many possible trails to take that lead us down into the valley. Less experienced riders can also make their way on the dirt road. After a restful sleep in Sorata, we will drive to the Chuchu pass at 4790m. Enjoy the superb view of the peaks of Illampu and Ancohuma, proudly towering above the mountain range, Cordillera Real.
